“The national team competition in the last window was injured from the first game. It has been playing the whole first stage. In fact, it entered a dead cycle. The previous game was not well played, then you can adjust your state, but during that time, you just keep going down. During that time, I couldn’t sleep every day, basically four or five o’clock. One day after the competition, my heart was very painful. Then I went to the hospital for examination and checked everything. Then the doctor told me that I was in good health. I went to see a psychologist again, and then I had severe anxiety and moderate depression, which could only take medicine to sleep.

“I hope that when you encounter this kind of difficulty, you don’t want me to go to the corner like that at that time, and you should accept more fresh things, suggestions, or some care from good friends. You should train hard, fight harder on the court, and vent your frustration and worries, or some confusion brought to you.”
